We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure competitive quotes for logistics and transportation services.
  • Coordinate air, sea, and road transport with third-party providers to ensure timely delivery of goods, including urgent and high-value shipments.
  • Oversee appropriate packaging solutions, considering weight, dimensions, and nature of goods, including compliance with Dangerous Goods regulations.
  • Assist workshop teams with the loading and unloading of ROV systems and equipment, including basic forklift operations.
  • Prepare documentation to comply with customs import/export regulations and client specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of forms, registers, and documentation related to imports and exports, including the management of Export Licenses and Authorizations.
  • Facilitate payment processes for freight and associated charges.
  • Keep precise records of all supply chain activities and equipment management.
  • Generate purchase orders and procure goods and services in accordance with company processes, ensuring timely delivery of supplies.
  • Address inquiries from customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Contribute to commercial tenders and quotations related to freight movements of ROV and survey equipment.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Provide support to other members of the Supply Chain team as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in import/export operations, preferably within the subsea sector, along with a solid understanding of related fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for managing diverse stakeholder relationships and fostering collaboration at all levels.
