Position: Collision Repair Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute all bodywork as specified in repair orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Inspect vehicles to identify any additional safety or service needs.
  • Perform welding, soldering, body alignment, and other related operations.
  • Safely operate all equipment within the Collision Center.
  • Conduct light mechanical repairs as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Document all completed work promptly.
  • Utilize basic math skills for mixing chemicals accurately.
  • Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal.
Qualifications:
  • I-Car Certification and Michigan Motor Vehicle Certificate required.
  • Experience in a Body Shop is preferred.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Successful completion of a physical and background check is mandatory.
