Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Patient Care Coordinator for our Retail Convenient Care Clinics. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
Work Schedule:
The clinics operate Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on weekends from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. As a full-time team member, you will be expected to work weekend shifts every other weekend along with various weekday shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate smooth clinic operations to enhance patient satisfaction during every interaction.
- Manage patient flow efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist healthcare providers in delivering quality medical care, which includes patient registration, rooming patients, taking vital signs, and documenting in the electronic medical record (EMR) system according to clinic protocols.
- Process refill requests, collect fees as necessary, and perform phlebotomy tasks.
Training:
Comprehensive training will be provided for all clinical responsibilities outlined above.
