Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Server to join our team at Hospice of the Western Reserve. As a Dietary Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of service in our dining facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals to patients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Set up and break down dining areas, including tables, chairs, and linens
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed
  • Interact with patients and families in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with menu planning and preparation as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in food service or patient care preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
