About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter and Sales Professional to join our team at Outsource, the Nation's leading provider of low voltage and electrical talent. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and onboarding top candidates for various roles within the electrical and low-voltage industry.

With a competitive base salary of $43,888, plus uncapped commission (first year OTE: $50,000+), this is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in recruiting and sales. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, with a strong interest in recruiting and account management. A Bachelor's Degree and/or recent military experience are also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our internal database and job boards to identify top candidates
  • Screen candidates over the phone and in-person for existing and upcoming jobs
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new candidates
  • Develop creative strategies to identify fresh candidates
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities
