Millennium Physician Group is seeking a full-time LPN to join our team in the Venice, FL area. We are looking for a positive, energetic, and well-organized individual who can multi-task and think outside the box. As an LPN in our Medical Office, you will be directly involved in the care of our patients, assisting in the treatment of patients under the direction of the Physician, ARNP, PA, or RN. You will be responsible for collecting vitals, giving injections, entering data in the electronic health records, and other tasks required to provide excellent patient care. This position offers competitive compensation, a full benefits package, including 401(k) with match and 3 weeks of PTO. Required Knowledge and Experience: Active practical nursing license and 3+ years of LPN related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LPN license required. Must maintain certification/license active and in good standing during employment. Required Skills and Abilities: Strong computer skills and knowledge of EMR systems; Athena knowledge preferred but not required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb and balance. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
