Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Tech to join our team at Resolute Health. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect technical care to surgical/obstetric patients along the continuum of the age spectrum.
  • Facilitate the safe and effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures.
  • Follow established practices and standards.
  • Support the mission statement, policies, and procedures of Resolute Health.
  • Complete established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High-school graduate and Graduate of a Department of Education (DOE) or Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) accredited surgical technology program.
  • 1 year as a Surgical or OB Technologist in acute care or ambulatory setting.
  • Active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA); however, must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire.

Resolute Health complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date. If you receive an exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will be required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the law.
