Position Overview:

We are in search of enthusiastic and motivated individuals for our customer service operations center who can provide an outstanding patient engagement experience. The role will focus on optimizing efficiency through the management of incoming medical imaging orders, assisting patients and healthcare providers with inquiries, and scheduling examinations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a company representative with each customer interaction; ensure that customers feel acknowledged and understood by summarizing their requests and outlining the next steps.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally, assessing the needs of callers to facilitate appropriate transfers.
  • Deliver exceptional service by efficiently scheduling patient exams and maximizing appointment availability; utilize computer-based systems to secure and manage patient appointments in accordance with company protocols.
  • Provide accurate information by responding to inquiries and assisting as needed; escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Maintain the call center database by accurately entering and verifying information in a timely manner, ensuring patient records are up-to-date.
  • Keep detailed logs of customer interactions, ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Language Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret electronic and printed documents with basic medical terminology; capable of effectively presenting information in individual and small group settings.
  • Reasoning Skills: Ability to apply common sense in customer interactions while achieving desired outcomes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer applications, phone systems, and other electronic resources as necessary.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a call center or healthcare environment is preferred but not mandatory.
