Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers and helping them find what they need.
  • Create custom framing solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards.
  • Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Assist with Omni-channel processes and support shrink and safety programs.
Requirements
  • Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
  • Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
  • Physical ability to move throughout the store, lift heavy boxes and frames, and access high shelves.
