Lockbox Remittance Specialist II

At BankTalent HQ, we are seeking a highly skilled Lockbox Remittance Specialist II to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling the servicing of all lockbox clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments, and providing exceptional client support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming mail and prepare batches of work for data entry
  • Manage timely responses to client requests via shared ticketing system
  • Verify checks and balance electronic and paper documentation
  • Analyze information to determine accuracy and completeness of work
  • Conduct non-routine research and maintain PCI and HIPAA compliance
  • Generate image cash letter files for deposits and perform system balancing procedures
  • Perform quality assurance and initiate incoming and outbound system file imports and exports
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years lockbox experience
  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • Opex Falcon and Eagle scanning experience
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills and keyboard/mouse usage
