Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily retail operations in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee report preparation and employee scheduling to ensure seamless store operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies to maintain a safe and productive work environment
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to meet company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Utilize transactional equipment efficiently to minimize errors and maximize productivity
- Enforce cash handling procedures and security controls to protect company assets
- Perform inventory duties and maintain confidentiality to ensure accurate reporting
- Perform tasks with minimal supervision to demonstrate independence and initiative
- Other duties as assigned by management to support store operations and growth
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a retail or fast-paced environment
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Effective communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Basic math and computer skills to accurately process transactions and maintain records
- Physical ability to perform required tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs
- Authorization to work in the United States
