Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our kitchen team at The Club at Longview. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
  • Accommodate reasonable requests from members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a safe and sanitary food handling practice.
  • Clean and maintain assigned workstation areas, preparation, and serving equipment.
  • Notify Executive Chef or kitchen management in advance of expected product shortages.
