Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our into-plane and GSE fueling services. This includes activity scheduling, manpower planning, fuel quality audits, budgeting and forecasting, and performance management. You will also be responsible for ensuring that customer service standards are met and contract services are performed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of staff members to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FAA, TSA, IATA, ATA, U.S. Customs, and airport authority regulations
  • Monitor and manage staff time and attendance, and reduce dependence on overtime
  • Liaise with customers, airport authorities, and governmental agencies to ensure smooth operations
  • Coach and counsel staff members to ensure they are meeting company policies and procedures
  • Review activity, operating, and sales reports to determine adequacy of services and make recommendations for improvement
  • Achieve location, employee, and aircraft incident/accident KPIs
  • Achieve location on-time performance KPIs
  • Achieve location financial performance KPIs

Requirements:

  • College-level degree preferred
  • Minimum of eight years into-plane experience, with five years in a management role required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical or operating procedures, or government regulations
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge and work experience with Windows Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
