Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies to engage with key stakeholders and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize communication objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on communication best practices and industry trends to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of communication products, including stakeholder analysis, content development, and communications strategies.
  • Support the development of transformation goals and objectives, and adoption of new technologies and processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of strategic communications experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Experience with federal departments, agencies, or private sector developing and implementing strategic communication documents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements.
  • U.S. citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal government TS/SCI + Poly security clearance.
