Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging the law to secure favorable outcomes for our clients. This role offers the chance to collaborate with experienced peers in community association law, fostering a team-oriented approach to addressing our clients' legal needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality legal representation while delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.
- Draft legal motions, including motions for summary judgment and other dispositive motions.
- Conduct case evaluations and prepare opinion letters.
- Independently manage community association governance, CC&R enforcement, collections, and litigation.
- Understand and meet billable hour targets.
- Regularly complete legal transactional work.
- Maintain prompt communication via email and phone.
- Take ownership of your responsibilities and contribute to the team's success.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients, focusing on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice law in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona; admission in California and/or Utah is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in collections law, community association law, and/or litigation.
- Associate-level experience; comfortable working independently.
- Ability to effectively interact with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
- Familiarity with debt collection practices, including compliance with the FDCPA.
- Willingness to accept responsibility and deliver high-quality legal services.
- Proficient with technology and adaptable to new systems and numerical data.
