Pharmacist - Full-time Floater

At Publix Super Markets, Inc., we're committed to delivering exceptional patient care and service in our pharmacies. As a Floating Pharmacist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy teams to achieve exceptional patient satisfaction and service quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations, including workflow optimization and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to provide best-in-class patient care, including immunizations, medication therapy management, and other clinical services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including patient information and pharmacy inventory.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and excellence in pharmacy practice.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
  • Unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret and understand instructions and solve problems.
  • Numerical and financial aptitude.
  • Knowledge of retail merchandising and inventory control.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Immunizing pharmacist certification.
  • Experience in pharmacy leadership or management.
