Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Walgreens. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our pharmacists in the delivery of high-quality services.

• Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Process prescriptions, handle customer transactions, and maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on pharmacy procedures, policies, and regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB certification a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
