Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Financial Models: Create and maintain comprehensive financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and interest rate risk analysis.
- Financial Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Reporting and Dashboard Development: Design and develop standardized financial and operational reporting, including key metrics and dashboards for executive management and internal stakeholders.
- Special Projects and Ad-Hoc Analyses: Assist in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed to support business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant finance, accounting, or interest rate risk/asset liability management experience.
- Skills: Strong financial analytical skills, Excel skills, proficiency with MS Office suite, working knowledge of SQL or similar database platform, and ability to clearly communicate complex subject matter.
We offer a competitive salary range of $121,000 to $143,377.50, depending on location, as well as annual bonus/incentives and restricted stock. Our benefits package includes medical and dental insurance, time off, a great 401(k) matching program, tuition assistance program, employee volunteer program, and wellness program.
