Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships by delivering outstanding customer service and facilitating sales through direct engagement with provided leads.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered and effectively communicate this to clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact for both new and existing clients.
  • Address and resolve client or member account issues and inquiries.
  • Execute customer account maintenance requests from clients.
  • Offer insightful business recommendations and guidance to clients.
  • Preserve client relationships by identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Propose enhancements and innovative ideas.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Preferred: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Preferred: At least 4 years of experience in customer service.
  • Exceptional training, sales, and customer service abilities.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills across various management levels, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
