Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Parts Counter Sales representative to join our team at Starling Chevrolet - St. Cloud. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, selling parts and accessories, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and assist them in finding the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles
  • Provide expert product knowledge and make recommendations based on customer needs
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts department
  • Manage inventory and place orders as needed
  • Document all sales and customer interactions in the company's database
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the auto industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in computer skills and using a database
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
