Broadstep Behavioral Health has been a leader in providing a continuum of physical, emotional, and mental support for over 45 years.
Our South Carolina programs provide comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, and other diagnoses that may impact their behaviors.
We are a family-friendly, individual-focused behavioral healthcare program of group homes and vocational day programs.
**Schedule & Location:**
We have both AM and PM shifts available in Kingstree, SC.
AM Shift: 7am-7pm; PM Shift: 7pm-7am
Rotating Schedule - you work only 7 days out of 14
**Job Duties:**
- Assist individuals with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene and medication administration.
- Accompanying individuals on outings and activities.
- Continually remain active, alert and able to respond to all scenarios.
- Utilize various verbal and physical behavioral interventions.
- Document behaviors, activities, and incidents.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, including operations, clinical and medical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans for our individuals.
- Provide and ensure complete service delivery in a healthy and safe manner that supports Broadstep's vision, mission, and values.
