We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our team at SilverWave Inc. As an Industrial Engineer, you will have the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge in a practical setting and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with investment projects in mechanical production and assembly
  • Work independently on current topics with flexibility for self-design and self-development
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers
  • Conduct experiments and analyze results
  • Develop and implement standards, methods, and processes
  • Create presentations, templates, and instructions
  • Train employees and operational managers on Excel and other software
  • Organize and conduct workshops
  • Manage material resources
Your Profile:
  • Currently studying in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production technology, or a similar program
  • Knowledge of production systematics, lean, and project management is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent team and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
