About the Role

Noble Community Clinics is seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in preserving teeth and preventing the spread of oral disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform oral prophylaxis, including cleaning of calcareous deposits, accretions, and stains from teeth and beneath margins of gums.
  • Conduct periodontal treatment and maintenance as prescribed by the dentist.
  • Examine gums for signs of disease and perform routine oral cancer screening of the mouth, chin, neck, and lymph nodes.
  • Chart conditions of decay and disease for diagnosis and treatment by the dentist.
  • Apply fluorides and other cavity-preventing agents as prescribed by the dentist.
  • Expose and develop diagnostic x-ray film.
  • Provide clinical services and health education to improve and maintain patient oral health.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program with a Wisconsin State License.
  • 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
  • Critical thinking, sound judgment, and thorough decision-making.
  • CPR certification.
