Position Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in overseeing and managing various projects to ensure that all compliance requirements are met by subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage multiple construction projects to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of subcontractor compliance, including necessary documentation such as insurance certificates, business licenses, and federal forms.
  • Stay informed about and ensure compliance with prevailing wage rates, Section 3, and HUD regulations.
  • Commit to ongoing education regarding policy changes and compliance requirements.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing compliance within the construction sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining compliance records.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and company compliance requirements.

This position requires an on-site presence, and the salary range for this role is between $58,000 - $60,000.
