Estimated Salary Range: $165,000 - $215,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)

Role Highlights:

  • Drive technical excellence in Guidewire Claims Center platform and integrations.
  • Lead a team of engineers across project and maintenance portfolios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver results.
  • Oversee the development, delivery, and support of Commercial Insurance and Reinsurance products.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in the IT field, 7+ years in Guidewire Claims Center integration/configuration development roles.
  • Prior technical leadership experience in Guidewire Claims Center, delivering at least 2 end-to-end Claims product implementations within the Commercial Insurance space.
  • Prior Technical Lead role with ownership of the Guidewire Claims Center production environment, including end-to-end support of the Guidewire Claims Center ecosystem.
  • Technical management experience managing onshore/offshore staff with teams between 10-20, requiring strong capacity management, priority management, and organization skills.
