The Financial Insights Analyst will play a crucial role in delivering financial evaluations for our Business divisions. The core responsibilities include conducting analyses that inform decision-making processes and supporting forecast and budget assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides expert guidance in business modeling and feasibility assessments to facilitate strategic decision-making in daily operations and new business initiatives.
  • Gathers, analyzes, and presents financial comparison data on global initiatives.
  • Conducts audits and reports on essential performance metrics of Clients.
  • Calculates pricing proposals and assesses cost implications for the business.
  • Creates various reports for Management, Business partners, and Clients.
  • Assists in the formulation of the annual financial strategy, program budgets, etc. Develops departmental or business unit budgets based on strategic plans and analyzes those budgets. Interprets budgetary figures and the assumptions behind them.
  • Monitors performance against established plans and investigates discrepancies.
  • Conducts audits and aids in refining or developing enhanced processes to ensure operational efficiency and internal controls.
  • Analyzes historical and current operational records, trends, costs, and revenue to evaluate financial performance.
  • Supports the monthly closing activities by reviewing preliminary P&L statements for discrepancies and deviations from forecasts, providing comparative analyses.
  • Assists the team during peak workload periods in various aspects of business operations as required.
Candidate Profile
  • At least 1 year of experience in Controlling or as a Financial Analyst.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance; MBA is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP FI/CO preferred) and data management.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, set objectives, and meet deadlines while remaining adaptable.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from groups of managers, clients, and the public while maintaining accurate records.
  • Hybrid work model, requiring at least 60% of time spent in the office weekly.
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 15% as necessary; some international travel may be involved.
