This position focuses on enhancing processes and overseeing implementations that are vital for business success.
The IT Manufacturing Solutions Analyst will utilize their expertise in databases and operating systems to drive continuous enhancements in HARIBO's manufacturing operations. Adhering to our IT governance protocols, this role is integral to the technological advancement within our IT framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute as a professional IT consultant within the local IT team, supporting shop-floor and manufacturing processes while fostering the growth of our operations.
- Ensure the efficient execution of the Make to Order process in your designated area, guaranteeing that all procedures are optimized.
- Provide first-level support to our local user community, offering proactive training to stabilize manufacturing processes and guiding power users in SAP S4 HANA and MES solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of MES layers, from work orders to finished products, within our modern manufacturing environment.
- Participate in global MES system rollouts, implementing both global and local change requests as part of our team development journey.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and managing manufacturing execution systems or shop-floor applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work locally while thinking globally and collaborating effectively within an IT matrix organization.
Preferred:
- Experience in developing processes with international teams, focusing on a digital approach within operations.
- Comprehensive understanding of MES layers and their application in modern manufacturing settings.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and C#.
- Strong database and SQL skills, particularly with MS-SQL servers.
