High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.


Must possess a valid driver's license for the applicable State and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) (property specific-driving).

Must be capable of evaluating and selecting among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.

Must perform well in high-pressure situations.

Must maintain composure and objectivity under stress.

Shampoo carpets in public areas as per hotel standards.

Shampoo furniture as needed following hotel guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness of public restrooms and ensure regular maintenance as needed throughout the shift.

Assist with luggage requests during check-in/out in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.

Practice safe work habits to ensure the safety of guests, fellow associates, and oneself.

Handle items for 'Lost and Found' in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards.

At the end of the shift, return all keys and assignment sheets to the Housekeeping or Front Office.

Complete daily assignment checklist and submit to supervisor at the end of the day.

Perform other tasks/jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
