The Team Leader must also take initiative of bringing the team members closer. The Team Leader is the face of the team as well as the organization. The Team Leader must encourage the team to meet collection, productivity, and patient satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Education and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of the core educational curriculum "Excellence at the Front End" required within one year of employment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Experience:
- One year experience in hospital registration or a comparable position preferred.
Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:
- None required.
