The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in trial law, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior associate in the legal field. They will be admitted to local and state bar associations and possess excellent persuasive writing and verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, drafting pleadings and motions, and preparing for and attending trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings. They will also be expected to stay up-to-date with changes to local, state, and federal statutes and laws.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $175,000 - $205,000 yearly, 401(k) benefits, health and dental insurance, PTO, and an annual profit-based bonus structure.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
  • Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responses
  • Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings
  • Keep apprised of changes to local, state, and federal statutes and laws
  • Attend court hearings on behalf of clients and argue motions
Qualifications
  • 5 years of required experience as a senior associate in the legal field
  • Admitted to local and state bar associations
  • Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience advocating for clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration
  • Able to work independently while handling multiple files
