Quality Assurance Supervisor Role

The Quality Assurance Supervisor at MBV-CA LLC plays a critical role in ensuring the production of high-quality beverages. The estimated annual salary for this position is around $65,000, based on industry standards in Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the quality assurance team to ensure timely execution of product evaluations and inspections.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in food science, biology, microbiology, chemistry, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance/control function or supervisory experience in a beverage manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of pasteurization/thermal process systems, HACCP programs, and GMP policies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
