Key Responsibilities- Provide inpatient palliative care services to patients with serious illnesses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address patients' symptoms and improve quality of life
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Medicine (HPM)
- Completion of a fellowship program in Palliative Medicine (preferred)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
