About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Specialist. The successful candidate will have a strong background in patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of RN experience; BSN + AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF RN EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Salary Information: Estimated annual salary range: $68,475 - $93,476
