Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
Job Responsibilities- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet those needs.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed, monitoring resident responses and reporting any concerns to supervisors.
- Education and Support: Provide educational programs and support services to residents and their families, promoting independence and quality of life.
**Requirements:**
- Licenses and Certifications: Current LPN license in applicable state and CPR certification.
