**Responsibilities**

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests and dining room patrons

• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks

• Assess customers' needs and preferences, and make recommendations to fit

• Plan and present the bar menu

• Restock and organize all supplies, maintaining cleanliness to the highest standard

• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

• Comply with all food and beverage regulations, including responsible alcohol service

• Support other parts of the restaurant, up to and including leading the front of house

**Requirements**

• A resume and proven working experience as a bartender

• Excellent existing product knowledge, able to learn our standards and procedures

• Fast-paced and high-quality drink production ability

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean

• Punctual, efficient, and responsible

• Computer literacy
