Registered Respiratory Therapist

Talencia LLC is seeking a qualified and proficient Registered Respiratory Therapist to become a vital part of our healthcare team. The successful candidate will possess a solid foundation in critical care, emergency response, and medical/surgical environments, with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience.

This role encompasses the administration of medications, execution of therapeutic interventions, and diagnostic evaluations pertaining to the cardiopulmonary system. Additionally, the therapist will be expected to react promptly to emergency scenarios, including conducting EKGs during night shifts and weekends, as well as responding to Rapid Response alerts and Code Blue situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications autonomously or in collaboration with a physician
  • Implement therapeutic modalities and conduct diagnostic assessments
  • Act decisively in emergency and critical situations
  • Deliver CPR and manage life support systems as required
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Critical Care, Emergency Room, and Medical/Surgical settings
  • Preference for candidates with recent travel experience
Certification Requirements:
  • ACLS (AHA)
  • BLS (AHA)
