The Patient Care Assistant will provide direction and standardize the implementation/maintenance of the weekend program PCA staffing schedule.
This role will allow for flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient staff to care for patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide or assist with patients' care
- Transport patients
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Monitor equipment function
- Document patient information on appropriate forms
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Six (6) months of previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- STNA and basic Life Support Certificate preferred
