We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Enrollment Coordinator to join our team at Valor Christian High School. As an Enrollment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless enrollment process for new and transfer students.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the enrollment process for new and transfer students, including assisting families with enrollment documents, timelines, and tuition payment plans.
- Track and analyze enrollment data to identify trends, aid in decision-making, and troubleshoot enrollment issues.
- Provide professional communication with families, navigating difficult conversations with grace and compassion.
- Act as the primary contact for families seeking tuition assistance, assist in the review process, and issue tuition assistance award amendments.
- Support Explore Valor events by being present to answer tuition assistance-related questions from prospective families.
- Manage the student withdrawal process, including submitting insurance documents and issuing tuition refunds and preparing release agreements.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Previous school enrollment experience is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service or administration is preferred.
- Able to keep sensitive financial and family information confidential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Quick learner who can manage multiple concurrent responsibilities.
- Able to navigate challenging conversations with firm compassion.
- Able to maintain a calm and professional demeanor with a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in a growing culture.
- Able to quickly and proficiently master new software applications and other technology.
- Proficiency in the use of MS-Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
