Kwfc Radio is seeking a dedicated full-time team supervisor for Landscape Construction. The starting compensation is $25.00 per hour, contingent upon skills and experience.
INITIAL BENEFITS:
1. One week of paid vacation during the holiday season and four additional paid holidays.
2. Company Attire:
Uniforms including shirts, pants, and jackets are provided. 3. Mobile phone reimbursement. 4. Supportive work atmosphere. 5. Advancement opportunities– additional duties with increased compensation and further training. 6. Year-end performance-based bonus. 7. After two years of satisfactory service, salary options begin at $55,000 along with other employee benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a mandatory drug screening. 2. Professional knowledge of landscape construction and planting techniques. 3. A minimum of three years of experience in the landscape construction sector. 4.
Ability to collaborate effectively with others, working directly with a team of three, guiding and directing team members to successfully execute construction projects, interpreting landscape plans, and demonstrating a strong work ethic.
5. Proficient and safe operation of all types of construction machinery, including trackhoes, skid steers, dump trucks, equipment trailers, and various construction tools such as laser transits and paver saws. 6.
