Job Description: As a Patient Services Representative at Rogue Community Health, you will play a critical role in supporting our care teams to provide high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with care teams, communicating with patients, and ensuring that all necessary information is shared effectively. You will also be responsible for confirming and preparing appointments over the phone or in person, and identifying and responding to individual patients' needs.

What We Offer: We offer a range of benefits, including a competitive salary of $19.25/hour, stable hours, and benefits such as mental health paid time off, generous PTO accrual annually, medical, dental, vision, and partially paid family coverage, no-cost life insurance, AD&D, short-term disability, long-term disability, holiday pay, and Rogue Rewards Benefits up to $750.00 (prorated by FTE and hire date).
