Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis Services. In this role, you will work directly with patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment, providing care and support to ensure optimal health outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct patient care, which includes preparing patients for treatment, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients on proper self-care techniques. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress. In addition, you may be asked to support other local SNF dens during peak periods.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience as a Patient Care Technician or Hemodialysis Nurse. Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook are also essential. CCHT certification is preferred but not required. We encourage applicants who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and have a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
