Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process all parts orders efficiently
  • Maintain and oversee parts inventory
  • Establish bin locations for incoming stock
  • Inform customers upon parts arrival
  • Report shortages and damages
  • Handle accessories and organize shelving
  • Prepare items for returns and shipping
  • Sort orders for various dealerships
  • Deliver parts to alternate locations
  • Perform light forklift operations
  • Process warranty returns
  • Keep the workspace organized and tidy
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in automotive parts sales is preferred
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of lifting 10+ pounds regularly
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor and strong work ethic
