About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in hardware application engineering to lead our team of experts. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and support our customers in the US, ensuring seamless integration of our IPs and EDA tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Application Engineers in supporting silicon design, verification, and implementation activities.
  • Manage customer support activities, including tracking customer usage of our IPs and tools.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to identify, implement, and verify new features.
  • Educate and drive new solutions and novel concepts in the market.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in physical design engineering, with a strong background in RTL-to-GDS flow.
  • Experience with Cadence and Synopsys toolsets.
  • Ability to analyze, document, and explain complex processes and structures.
