Senior CAD Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Engineer to lead our hardware emulation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing emulation methodologies and workflows for CPU and SOC teams.
Key Responsibilities- Own hardware emulation methodologies and workflows for CPU and SOC teams
- Gather requirements from users and/or vendors to adopt the most optimal solutions
- Modify and/or develop complex tools and workflows that improve productivity and efficiency of design teams
- Provide timely and accurate responses to questions and issues from customers
- Perform root cause analyses on complex customer problems to identify underlying issues and interact with external vendors
- Maximize the utilization of emulation and FPGA-based prototyping infrastructure while maintaining stability and meeting resource sharing constraints
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience
- OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience
- OR PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience
- 5+ years of experience in the field of hardware emulation
- 5+ years of experience in CAD tool/flow development
- 4+ years of experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Python, etc.
- 4+ years of experience with scripting and automation environments
- 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above)
- 1+ years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports
