Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and operate a service vehicle to provide assistance to members, including flat tire changes, lock-out services, and fuel delivery.
  • Interact with customers, establish rapport, and build relationships to provide exceptional service.
  • Utilize on-board computer, radio communications, and mapping systems to efficiently complete tasks.
  • Complete daily paperwork, including call-logs, battery invoices, and cash receipts.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in a customer contact role.
  • Education and training in automotive repair and customer service.
  • Vocational technical automotive training or equivalent experience.
  • ASE certification (Automotive Service Excellence) preferred.
Work Environment

Works outdoors at vehicle sites, lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day. Works in all weather and traffic conditions.
