  • Conduct thorough investigations, evaluations, and resolutions of property claims, leveraging your construction knowledge and claims experience.
  • Employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • High School Diploma
  • Construction knowledge or a minimum of 5 years of experience with Xactimate/Symbility
  • At least 5 years of relevant claims experience
  • Familiarity with industry standards and practices
  • Proficient in claims and business-related software

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Field experience with property losses
  • Experience collaborating with vendors such as architects, engineers, and building consultants
  • Expertise in estimate reconciliation

Compensation and Benefits:

1099 Independent Contractor status

Flexible working hours

Compensation rate of $25 per hour
