Key Responsibilities: Lead safe and effective exercise sessions Maintain all required educational certifications Comprehend and adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards Exhibit knowledge of the Crunch brand, our 7 Core Values, and embody our No Judgments philosophy Address relevant member inquiries or direct them to appropriate supervisors Stay updated on class schedules and evolving skills and fitness objectives with key Group Fitness Managers Desired Skills: Experience in teaching exercise classes for participants of varying levels Strong customer service abilities Excellent verbal communication skills (BONUS: experience in performance arts or on-camera work) Required Qualifications: CPR certification is mandatory Relevant fitness or educational certification.
