We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Wellpath. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of the building's interior, including painting walls and repairing scuff marks on doors and walls.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the heating, air conditioning, and plumbing systems by providing regular maintenance and repair services.
- Maintain and service all equipment to ensure it is operating properly.
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities within the EAM work order system.
- Respond promptly to any after-hours emergency calls as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Three (3) years of general maintenance experience.
- EPA certificate for refrigerants.
- 1 year of HVAC training preferred.
