Your Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.">
  • Identify and address potential maintenance issues before they become major problems.">
  • Develop and implement effective preventative maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize property condition.">
  • Communicate effectively with property owners, tenants, and colleagues to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of maintenance requests.">
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, training, and certification requirements to enhance job performance and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing.">
