RESPONSIBILITIES

Weatherford is seeking Machine Operators for the Night Shift. This role involves hands-on work in a dynamic manufacturing environment within the oil and gas sector. The Machine Operator will be part of a supportive and inclusive team in a fast-paced, progressive setting. Weatherford offers comprehensive training on our equipment, excellent benefits, and outstanding career advancement opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Producing high-quality and efficient products through machine operations
  • Reviewing shop order packets for procedural guidance
  • Conducting and assisting with equipment setups
  • Utilizing various types of inspection gauges
  • Verifying dimensions of parts and maintaining tolerances of plus or minus .001
  • Understanding and adhering to Weatherford's Quality Policy and all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions
  • Complying with all safety regulations and company policies
  • Executing work assignments to the highest quality standards
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisors within the job's physical constraints
  • Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery
  • Documenting quantities, material descriptions, and job orders for reporting purposes
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in mechanical operations is required
  • A minimum of 1 year of machine operator experience is preferred
  • Must be available to work the night shift (shift differential applies)
  • Must be willing to work overtime.
